Default time to retire the built-in help function?

On macOS and Windows, trying to access Prime95's help feature results in an error message. Although this issue has been known for a long time, it's bad design to tell users they can press F1 to access the help feature when it doesn't work at all. Therefore, I'm thinking it should be fixed or removed altogether.

Probably the best way to do this is to move the help files online and have the "Help Topics" option point to the appropriate webpage, like we do with the forum and the wiki. This would also remove the dependency on WinHelp and also allow the documentation to be updated without releasing a new Prime95 version.
