AMD CPU Categorization

Something I've noticed, and am curious about, is one of my computers running Prime95 is an AMD R7 2700 and it's never assigned category 1 or 2 exponents. It may be assigned a category 3 that becomes a category 2, but it has never been assigned category 1 or 0 exponents.

At first I thought it might've been because it didn't meet the requirements but I recently started running Prime95 on a new laptop as well (an i7-8750H), and it started to get category 1 assignments as soon as possible and, if anything the AMD processor finishes more work.

Are AMD CPUs considered more suspect when it comes to results? Are 'categories' even important anymore?

Ahh, I see what may be the issue. Before I fine-tuned the memory speeds, it returned a suspect result and 120 days haven't elapsed. Thank you!
