If I sieve a range and there are no factors found when there are least 5 expected factors I generally assume that it is wrong and will increase the starting sieve depth by a nominal amount until it starts finding factors. Once it starts finding factors I then go back to the previous starting point and sieve from there. In your case, I would probably first go to P=4T then P=4.5T, etc. as the starting point. Using a command line, invoke either of them with -h to get a listing of which flags do what.
Or, ask a more specific question about what exactly you want to do but can't figure out how to achieve. |

See the recommended bases thread for bases that we need sieved. They are the bases without an asterisk "*" next to them.
