mprime 23.9 & 24.6 segfaulting

I'm running Fedora Core 3 x86_64 on an Athlon 64. I was able to run mprime on kernel 2.6.9-1.724_FC3. Mprime segfaults immediately on kernel versions: 2.6.10-1.737_FC3, 2.6.10-1.760_FC3, 2.6.10-1.766_FC3. Does anyone know if this is an x86_64 specific issue?

I think it is a Fedora specific issue. You could try a live-cd distribution like Knoppix temporarily to see if the problem goes away.
