please compile mmff for Win/CUDA8

As you should know, mmff a software written by George (Woltman) under the mfaktc idea of Oliver (Weihe) to trial-factor Fermat and double Mersenne numbers using a Nvidia GPU.

Unfortunately, Nvidia often messes up with CUDA drivers, versions, SDK and releases.

A friend of us required a mmff version compiled for his GTX 1060 and CUDA 8.

I have no Nvidia SDK or boards on my PC at the moment, so I can provide no Windows build. I hope I will have a Windows version soon thank to someone among you.
