Paypal donation widget

I added a Paypal donation widget to te Mlucas readme-slash-homepage ... Thanks, xyzzy, for testing it out and being the first of what will hopefully be a copious string of generously philanthropic donors. :P

Haven't yet decided whether to enhance with, say, a picture of a sad-looking puppy and lurid "donate or this puppy dies" caption. I prefer to appeal to the better angels of people's natures, but to use neocon tough-talk, at present all options are on the table.

I just added some text describing workarounds ('send money to friends & family' and personal check) for the [2.9% + $0.30] fee Paypal charges for donations. We aim to minimize unnecessary evaporative loss from the liquidity injections provided by our philanthropic base.
