Sorry that this took so long. I've been rather sheepish about posting bad code. I'm hoping that all of the outstanding issues have been resolved. I'm very confident that none of the factors that are found are invalid, but I'm less confident that all expected algebraic factors are found.

So lets test this new one :)
I test 4*10^n+1 and 4*155^n+1 and not even one algebraic factors are found .
Result is same as for previous ( last stable) version.

What algebraic factors are you expecting it to find?

I think I know why it doesn't find those. It is a slightly different case than one the code is checking for.

It will now find those algebraic factors. I have verified that the changes to that specific function don't report invalid factors.

Can you add the switch, when algebraic factors are found and removed to be written in some file?
For all tests I made, with this latest version, all algebraic factors is correctly removed.

Look for a file called alg_XXX.log. One is created for each sequence.
