To celebrate President Trump's incredibly productive first 100 days in office, the forum's search engine "word length" has been extended to 100.

If the forum breaks as a result of this, blame President Trump.

Nothing has broken thus far.

Have you all been torture testing the forum's search engine?

I checked 25 digits of the number in post #2 of this thread then I tried 26 so I know the limit then was 25 ( or 24 now that I count). then when I searched those last 25 digits ( 25 of the 26 digits I posted nothing showed up). before it was just ignoring code tags which has the code: search workaround. mostly seeing what's possible I think. now the 26 digits ( truly 25 I guess) is searchable and shows this thread but the 25 ( 24) shows nothing.

Searching for your response will make a great torture test.

I did and it worked the day I made it for 24 characters inside another word outside a code tag ( post two was not found even though it contains the same string) now unless I search my whole 25 digit value it won't find either.

Are you searching for a partial "word"?

We think you have to search for the entire word.

Does that make sense?

PS - Try searching for: 568630647535356955169033410940867804839360742060818433

it worked for me to search partial the other day at last check but just barely though that was the suggestion so they the word length wouldn't have to increase to find things in that range.
