mfacktc runtime version 12517

My mfaktc exited at 1/31/2017 12:55:02 PM.
Now when I try to restart it I get

Honest, I did not install anything.

Windows installed an update

NVIDIA - Display - 12/29/2016 12:00:00 AM - 21.21.13.7653.

Rebooting fixes it.
