Connecting Prime95 to GIMPS

Hello! I apologize if this has been answered before. Checked the sticky, didn't see anything.

1) I created a GIMPS account.
2) Installed Prime95. MacOS Sierra. 2015 Macbook Pro. Core i5.

When I check CPUs under my profile on GIMPS I have zero registered computers. I've had Prime95 running for 12 hours now.

Step 3 of getting started says "Start the program, optionally entering your user account information if you created one" but I went through all the Prime95 menus and don't see anything.

I feel as though I'm missing something obvious. Help? Happy hunting.

On the Test > PrimeNet > Configure Primenet dialog box, have you entered your GIMPS account name in the "Optional user ID:" box? That is usually all you need to do (that and wait for the program to communicate your progress to the server.)

One other detail that you will want to know about. Your account will show no credits until a test completes. Partial tests don't generate credits.

ok here is another one i have been trying to find in forums. i have run tests manually for benchmarks and the program also runs a FFT bench test on a regular schedule during times it runs.
yet if if i go to my cpu bench marks it shows the cpu but with no times is this normal until an assignment is complete or am i missing something on posting of benchmarks for my system
