Let's give this one a try.

One question concerning mersenne-aries:
AFAI can see, DC tests in PrimeNet are loaded up to 13.5M right now (13.1M is being worked on), mersenne-aries are up to ~16.5M, with 15M as the lower bound.
Assuming there will be a certain distance between these ranges somewhen in the future, what do you think about including P-1 Tests for first time tests as well?

Another question:
Was is the average speed of the DC window (like "n increase is ~5000 / day")?

At the moment we are only p-1ing exponents that have had NO p-1 work done on them at all. However, there are also a lot of exponents that have had very limited p-1 work done on them. For example, very low B1 bound and no stage two done.

Before we were to consider jumping up to "first time test" range, I think that it would be better to work on these exponents first.

If someone DID want to work in the "first time test" range, all they would have to do is work using the semi-automated method. The semi-automated method doesn't work very well with doublechecking as the majority of the exponents have been p-1ed. However, if you were to grab a bunch of first time tests, the majority (if not all) the exponents that you recieve would have no p-1 work done on them.

Lately I haven't been keeping a very close eye on it as we have started to put a little distance between ourselves and the leading edge of doublechecking. However, a couple of months ago when I was keeping an eye on it, I think it was something around 150 doublechecks assigned per day.
