Hi all
I recently added a 2nd 2.4ghz p4 xeon processor in my server and upgraded my kernel from 2.4.20 to 2.5.66 (for the proper p4 hyperthreading support), but now I strangely get a "You are not connected to the internet" error when trying to connect to the server. Pinging www.mersenne.org works fine. Any ideas? Please let me know as I would love to get that 2nd processor to work on another 10m digit prime, and my first chip is scheduled to return its first 10m digit prime this weekend! Thanks Matt |

Probably the 2.5 kernels have a little different format for the /proc filesystem, maybe a little experimenting with this options from undoc.txt could help you further
