I am running Prime95 from a flash drive (have been doing so for a few years) on Windows 7.
Just checked it for Errors (NONE) Still a fair amount of free space (50+ Meg) |

Too many files on the main folder.
I could create files in sub folders just not the main ... until I deleted a few first. |

IIRC FAT format has a fixed root folder size. So can I guess that you were using the root folder?
