Yes, but only as part of demonstrating that one is also proficient at all other aspectsl, includig hitting the opponent with wooden sticks and playing the fool. For this uninitiated, the latter is a technical term within the context of Morris Dancing.

I firmly stand by my thesis of that post.
You seem to have a fairly rigid sense of freedom/rights, i.e. "black or white". That implies that you can easily answer the questions I posed. I suggest that you avoid the absolutes that you have been using in this thread.

I recall reading somewhere that 'spreading popularity of Morris Dancing' is widely regarded as a sign of the impending apocalypse in many parts of the world. True?

There is a legend in accordion circles, which I have not been able to track down just yet, regarding the putative origins of "Morris Dancing." The story is that an unlikely number of college-aged persons were stuffed into a Morris automobile (Morris Minor?) on the way to some kind of festival. The car had some intermittent fault like vapor-locking which required stopping and letting the engine cool. Someone had a melodion in the boot, which came out during the stops. Clumsy squeezebox playing combined with other passengers' clumsy dancing either passed the time, or magically encouraged the car to recover.

Hence: Morris Dancing.

Hehe. These dances are remnants of very old pagan cultures (from which we have Călușarii, which inspired the Austrian and German versions of "moris", from which your version derived later).

Clearly impossible. Even breathing impacts on others.... (we emit Co2)

I suspect he intended 'demonstrable negative impacts' - as long as human population is not past whatever the tipping point is (I suspect already quite a ways behind us, but [a] not proven and [b] let's ignore for sake of present argument), emitted CO2 gets recycled by plants, ergo no such impact.

Default Current thread title

"Capitalism and fiefdom in a hardon collider"

But is it a spherical hardon collider in a vacuum? Otherwise, results may be unreliable.

Someone else's breathing generally does NOT impact on me... from a distance, only cumulatively.

The impact of the Butterfly Effect has been blown way out of proportion...

Well, yes, sort of. If you have a certain right (e.g. free speech) then either
it has or it hasn't been violated. Black or white. Grey just means it has been
violated, but in small measure. Nothing wrong with absolutes in context.
