Oh, I forgot about this.
As promised, the 3D pdf of my (manual, AutoCad) solution. If you don't use the standard adobe reader, then you may need an acrobat plugin for it to be able to see/rotate it. I didn't have time to go for the "asterisk", i.e. kick out the additional wendies. In fact I didn't spent any time on that problem since my last post in this topic (very busy at work). cube7.PDF (edit: if it is not obvious what you can do, you can click/drag it around with your mouse to rotate it and see it from all 26 directions).
