Just found HP₃(164) terminates at index 137 in P160.

Found HP₃(1470) terminating at index 115 in P126.

I've included new pages for Home Prime base 12 and 16, initial work done by E.Robinson, he also extended base 3 to n=1600.
Both new ones need some more work to do.

Well, this would need a bit of updating, eventually saying the size of the prime too, (for those already in the list too).

Someone found HP₃(1500) terminating at index 99 at P119.

I've found some terminating sequences base 12 between 1000 and 2000.
HP₁₂(1152) terminates at index 49 at P103
HP₁₂(1170) terminates at index 53 at P90
HP₁₂(1274) terminates at index 71 at P109
HP₁₂(1387) terminates at index 47 at P74
HP₁₂(1456) terminates at index 44 at P85
HP₁₂(1576) terminates at index 63 at P111
HP₁₂(1910) terminates at index 56 at P108
HP₁₂(1948) terminates at index 51 at P96
HP₁₂(1980) terminates at index 53 at P84
HP₁₂(1989) terminates at index 54 at P96
