Thank you Jes and Zeta flux for directions to excellent and exact websites on this topic They have been a great help and assistance to me.
I have been trying to get an analytic derivation of this particular function but
so far have completely failed. I have to study the sites more intently as Im sure the answer is somewhere in there.
