Loncar, clearly unimpressed at the referee’s decision to award to bout to his opponent Algirdas Baniulis of Lithuania, vented his fury by attacking the official, knocking him to the ground before continuing his assault with a flurry of punches.

Except, I don't think "black people" feel this way, I think insane liberal democratic politicians feel this way. Definitely no wtf going on with me, either, if I thought I could rehabilitate hardened criminals by kissing their toes, then kissing their toes would be my goal. Just because we in the US have a revenge-based penal system doesn't automatically make it the best idea. Might even be one of the worst setups, since the prisons cause people to lose hope.
