An easy move this time?
Not recapturing on f6 now costs a piece, and 23...Bxf6 24.Bxh6 gives away the h pawn. So is 23...Rxf6, as analysed last move, the only reasonable choice? EDIT: For a moment I just thought that 23...bxc3 might also be worth considering? But no, it loses a piece to 24.fxe7 because the knight on c6 is then en prise. If 24...Bxd4+ 25.Be3. We carefully analysed this line last move, so I think we can proceed with Rxf6.

I agree with 23...Rxf6 too.
It seems we can play the move already, right? |
