Since I first got my EVGA GTX 570 I was very impressed with their service, despite (or partly because of) having to RMA it last year. Their website is pretty good - for example when you register your product you can upload a (pdf, jpg, etc) copy of your invoice so that you don't have to go looking for it later if there's ever any warranty issues. And their warranties are good: generally a minimum of 3 years on everything, with up to 10 years on select products. So EVGA was high on my repeat-buy brands list until this recent RMA experience shook my confidence; but the most recent development with the manager paying attention to what the customer's concerns are restored my faith in them.

I too was highly disappointed until someone apparently took things into their own hands and made a better-than-expected offer. |

Yes, I've heard EVGA is quite good(nVidia)... I like MSI and Gigabyte too, however.

I bought a MSI card off of eBay that the fans froze up and they sent me a brand new one through RMA. I've heard they offer a lifetime warranty, but I haven't had another card go bad yet.

I can now put myself into the row of people with frozen hardware. my titan node died last night. I was moving it from my office to living room due to abroad travel to keep warming up that side of house. and my PSU doesnt fire up.. :((((
So I have to buy new PSU. I wonder if the old PSU was too small for the 2 titan boards. I guess I can just aswell order a new node for the 2x new 580 boards that arrived yesterday too.. Anyone got a good recommendation for a good 850w PSU that can take being on all the time ? |

OCZ is also a brand I have good reasons to trust. I´m curently using one for nearly 4 years, running 24/7 without a single hiccup. Last fiddled with by lycorn on 2013-11-19 at 14:47 |

I also have an OCZ 750W in my main machine (2 years) and an OCZ 700W in the other (4.5 years). At the time OCZ PSUs were mostly made by Seasonic and quality was good. Of course, I don't think OCZ makes anything now.

Actually the one that died was corsair, its been running non-stop for 2.5 years actually.
I have ordered a new node + an extra power supply. again corsair.. I guess I was unlucky.. the new node got a 1kw supply. 4x pciexpress for 4x 580s, so I can fill it up with 2 more 580 boards once I get more second hand. |
