I know there was talk of upgading the server, but with Gary out of town, that might be a problem. Maybe we could just load the new stuff into the old server and upgrade when Gary gets home.

BTW, great job on the completed stuff. That was a lot of work.

Now there are no more work left.

We should be able to go ahead and load the new work (whatever it'll be) into the current server--as Mark said, the 4.3.x->5.2.x upgrade will be a straightforward process. There's not really any reason to wait for the upgrade before loading new work.

The reason I floated the idea of a "fresh" server was in case anyone wanted to start with clean stats for the new drive. If people would like that, I can take a static backup of the current http://noprimeleftbehind.net:1400/all.html page and post it on the CRUS website for a record of the now-finished effort. Either way's about as easy for me.

Of course, before we can load anything we need to make a final decision on what the new drive will be... Gary, care to weigh in on this?

Gary's out of town till ??. Pick something R6/S6 R16/S16 and load like 10000 tests just to get something out there. If Gary doesn't like the choice he can unload it when he gets back.

I am voting for S16 I rely need's some kick.

I don't think you should add anything more.

Better to start one more server.

I belive "slow progress low interest"
