Identify yourself. Where/when did you get your degree? What is your degree?
What is the nature of your work? Why should anyone believe that your
work has any value? Why are you asking about a physics related request in
a group devoted to an entirely unrelated topic? Why should we believe that
you are anything but a crank?

Why can't you go to http://arxiv.org/list/physics.space-ph/recent , select a recent paper that is relevant to what you are planning to submit, visit the article's webpage and check the link "Which authors of this paper are endorsers?" near the bottom of the page?

The IP addresses are very different, and Flouran has already posted a handful of manuscripts to ArXiv under his real name in the areas of computation and number theory, which anyone can view.
