Hi, new to the forums, been using Prime95 as a stability test for years, within the last month or two decided to start using it to find some numbers. Anyway, I have 3 computers set up. Only one is showing a result in the days to-go column of the Computer Details page of My Account as a negative number. That number keeps getting farther away from zero. That computer has since finished several work units. Is there something I can do to fix that?

It is always connected to the internet? Can you see if in the Comm Thread or in the Results.txt file if it was sent? |

It (probably) means the assignment got deleted from your client but never unreserved from PrimeNet. Try looking for the assignment in your "worktodo.txt"s, and if it's not there, then just unreserve it on PrimeNet. (You can also try looking for the save files, which are like pxxxxxxx or mxxxxxxx where xxxxx is numbers related to the exponent in question.)
Edit: Cross post, and petrw1 also points out that it could have been completed without being reported. You can also go through "results.txt" and Ctrl+F for the exponent, and see if you did get a complete result. Last fiddled with by Dubslow on 2013-03-23 at 05:51 |

Thanks for the replies. I unreserved it (which I had no idea I could do) and it fixed it. I'm pretty sure it sent the results to PrimeNet. I seem to remember having my points or whatever they're called go up every time they were supposed to. Thanks again!
