Apparently the first wave of aliens have reported back to the mothership that the environment is ripe for an assault.

(It is amazing how much heat our mulch pile generates!)

There was one near me that caught fire.

That is a known issue. I have personally witnessed (stuck my hand in) some up around 140 F.
