The mersenneforum First 300

While perusing several user profiles today, it occurred to me that it might be interesting to examine the profiles of a cohort of forum early adopters which I shall cryptically refer to as the First 300. (I went out to #303 in order to capture at least one user with a 3-prefix). Here is the list of those, culled to only the "active" ones, defined as "some activity in the past year". I use IOC-style 3-letter country codes when the location is given and appears genuine (at least down to the country):

Comments:
o The lowest-numbered valid user account is #3, for forum creator Xyzzy; I wonder if slots #1 and #2 are reserved for the Head Gerbil's lost parents from planet Krypton?

o User #27, "rak", is a strange case - joined 15 Aug 02, just 1 post a year-and-a-half later in a thread on Pythoragean Triples, apparently the recent activity was strictly account/profile-related. Roy_Sirl is similar: 2 quick posts after joining, then over a decade of posting-silence, then a pair of GPU-related posts in May 2011 and July 2012.

o User #192, Tony Reix, is listed as having just 30 posts, last activity March 2003. Tony used to be quite an active poster, and I know for a fact he was posting more recently that that. Did he delete all of his more-recent stuff?

o #293, Mr. P-1, is the only one of the First 300 whose Join Date is anomalous. I have no explanation - perhaps there was some account-merger or other funny business which occurred. I have filed an appropriate Suspicious Incident Report with Homeland Security. Such non-monotonicity should simply not be tolerated in polite society.

RDS is also a similar case, I've seen a different account of his that appears to be before the current one; that first account has a few hundred posts.

Does #144 chalsall hold the record for the most non-uniform currently active poster over the 10 years under reasonable definitions of that concept? Nearly all his 1456 posts must have been made during the last year. Does anyone else compare with this?
