mfaktO and mfaktC running on same machine. Proof!
Experiment:

I have had an AMD 1055T running a GTX 460 and an AMD 5770 for a while myself, using 5 threads (3 mfaktc and 2 mfakto). Not sure atm the M/s, but it outputs ~10 LLTF and ~11 DCTF per day.
