Default msieve 1.49 benches

OK, here are results from 1.49, again 1-6 threads with nothing else (well, SpeedFan) running:
Code:
elapsed time 02:54:51
elapsed time 01:33:35
elapsed time 01:11:47
elapsed time 01:03:13
elapsed time 00:57:29
elapsed time 00:57:10
I also observed during the 6-thread run that the CPU usage seemed to be averaging around 83-85% I didn't realize how much effect memory contention would have; I just naively assumed that more threads meant a faster job.

As I said, I'll have to play around some and see what else I can do with msieve running.....

So one Core i5 750@3.6GHz (4 cores) beats one Athlon Phenom II X6 1090T BE 3.2 GHz (6 cores) but it is worse than one Intel(R)Xeon(R) CPU X5687 @ 3.60GHz (4 cores).
Anyone here with an i5 2500K bench?
