Oh yes you can.

First find the smaller prime, worth 150K, and collect the prize. Then find the larger prime by the same method and collect the remainder.

Or just find the larger prime before the smaller and collect both prizes at once.

Technically only one prize will be awarded at a time, if you collect the bigger one first then you forfeit the smaller one. So don't do that :)

should we make threads to help figure them out like the megaprime thread is trying for the first 1000000 digit prime ? it follows similar logic.

Forbidden by the rules. If you can find primes of over a billion digits, then you have to find 2 (TWO) of them to take the 100M-digit prize. The smaller prize is not forfeit if you find only one OBD prime. They are unrelated, see the EFF rules.
