The newest revision is up for my arXiv:0908.0554 paper. If anyone would like to offer any comments about it, please do so here.

Also, I was wondering if anyone knows of any analytic number theorists (either on this forum or not; I do not think there are any experts in analytic number theory on this forum, but I may be wrong ) whom I could contact (I would like expert opinion on this paper as well)?

Perhaps if someone can answer the following question, maybe I might reconsider (but I doubt it; the arXiv is a good enough place for this paper):
I know that conjectures are present in papers which prove main theorems, but has there ever been a paper that presents a conjecture as its main result and attempts to support it with data and previous theorems (but not be able to prove it of course)?
Oh, and please don't suggest Rejecta Mathematica, as I'd never publish there (I'd stick to the arXiv then, thank you very much).

Not trying to bring a dead thread back to life here, but perceptions change, and I fully retract these statements (as formally done in my Open Letter).
