Default Invalid Redirect URL?

Lately, whenever I login, there's a hang at URL http://mersenneforum.org/login.php?do=login

with the vBulletin Message

"Invalid Redirect URL (http://mersenneforum.org/)"

If I delete the "login.php?do=login" from the end of the URL and continue, everything is fine.

What's going on?

(Windows XP SP2, Firefox 5.0)

Yeah, I get this also.

Just add the "www." prefix to your bookmark.

Try this link:
http://nasa.gov/
vs.
http://www.nasa.gov/

FWIW, I always use the form http://mersenneforum.org/ -- I'm stubborn like that.

Thanks! That cures it. (But, why, when it was working for so long the other way? What changed?)

BTW, I just upgraded to Firefox v6 and noticed a change in the URL field -- it displays all URLs with the ... (I've forgotten the terminology) ... two basic fields (like "mersenne.org" or "nasa.gov") bolded:

... or at least that was my first impression -- now I see that what it actually does is sorta gray-down all the rest -- unless you click on that field, whereupon it all changes back to the same normal blackness.

Opera has been doing that for a while.
