Note that one can get used copies of the 1st edition of C&P for as little as $20. (Perhaps less if one broadens one's search ... I only did a quick check of Amazon.com).

I was thinking volumes 2 through 4, but you could do 1 through 4 as well.

I'd put in a vote for Cohen's "A Course in Computational Algebraic Number Theory" too.

Advanced undergrad. It is an excellent book; I own an autographed
copy.

Cohen was very slow going for me; there are large swaths of the book that still mystify me. It really shows its age in the chapters on factorization too.

I guess I'm a primitive undergrad :)
