invalid root

hi guys, i was taking a look into my output, and i've saw this:

20:55:15 Updating project .in file with assigned range...
20:55:15 Launching siever...

20:56:48 Siever finished...
20:56:48 Submitting results...

i wanna know what that means exactly. I know the root is invalid, but what caused it ? all lines to process aren't valid roots on the server ?
