@opyrt: Your two PSP dc results send in short before the server crashed yesterday are save.

Both prpnet 2.7 servers are reachable again.

For the llrnet servers I have a new problem. Now I get an error within the sql.lua
and I have no clue why. I will continue to work on it.

As the llrnet problem might also be a driver problem a question to the people still running a llrnet server. What version of mysqlclient do you run.

ldconfig say for my system:
libmysqlclient.so.15 -> libmysqlclient.so.15.0.0

Or did you only use the file based data handling?

llrnet server would work with the file based infrastructure but not with the MySQL based anymore.
There is a problem in one of the lua scripts in combination with the mysqlclient.
Either way it will take a long time to get it working again.
Solution one: Analyze the lua problem. (First i have to find out how lua works)
Solution two: build an infrastructure to transfer the file based results back into the DB. I had some scripts for that in the past but as they were not used anymore i never updated them when i made changes.

On SR5 the sieve submission form is also up again.

Next step will be the data transfer from both prpnet server and from sieve submission.

By the way. Can somebody comment if the approach with the "update blog" is a good solution to keep you informed about the progress or what i could have done instead.

I think this is a brilliant way of keeping us informed of what is going on! Thumbs up!

Data transfer engine for both PSP and SR5 active again.
Stats engine for both projects active again.

As the last installation was unstable at this point i will let it run now for a day before i start to fiddle around with the new PRPnet server again. This way i can make sure that any unexpected behavior comes from the installation as is and not from my fiddling around with some drivers.

@opyrt: you were the one with the first result again. This time on the first pass server

Everything stable so far. Which is already much better then with the old installation.
On the prpnet 4.0.3 front I have good news. At least I have a first running version.
I am not 100% happy with it as it uses an older driver but at least I can start internal tests now.

We've always used the file based data handling for LLRnet at NPLB. What we do is have the results.txt files imported to our stats DB by scripts that run hourly.

Just curious, what did you use for importing the old PRPnet 2.4.7 results to the DB? Since 2.4.7 doesn't use MySQL, I would imagine that you'd need scripts to import the text files. Possibly those could be adapted for use with file-based LLRnet servers?

I have switched of the stats for now as the mysql demon ran out of memory.
I will look into the setup tomorrow.
As the DBs are quite large it is possible that some of the standard parameters from mysql are to small.

As the system stopped after around 6 hours with only the different prpnet servers active I have now stopped the test prpnet 4.0.3 server and started the stats again. Lets see what this does to memory consumption.

At the moment it is not me that the server is not reachable. There is a network problem. Many domains hosted there are not reachable.
