That looks to be just an "empty transitional package"; it has as its sole dependency the "libmysqlclient-dev" package. That one, it seems, automatically grabs the latest version.

So now the csvstats should be active again also. If somebody knows somebody using this data can you please ask him to check if the data is still valid or if I made an error somewhere. I have looked at the data and I think it is OK but to be honest I slowly start to get tried. And that is a dangerous thing when you try to correct errors in sourcecode.

I will have a short look into the sr5 stats now.

LLRnet has to wait till tomorrow.
For the PRPnet issue: Rogue was able to reproduce my problem and is looking into it now.

http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=proj&proj=psp was updated less than 20 minutes ago... atleast your stats are parseable. :)

Found that this mysqlclient is already installed. Will have to try to recompile the server.

Final post for today.
SR5 stats are up again also. Minor thing to be checked (strange log output) but that is only a "problem" when the llrnet server is active again.

I am quite happy with the progress. I even managed to get more things running then I had expected.

Open points left:

1. sieveimport for SR5. ( should be very easy. Only test that the DB user has the correct rights)
2. prpnet server together with Rogue
3. llrnet server hope a recompile will help else I need some help from a linux expert to sort out library problems.

Thats it.

SR5 Sieve import should work now again.
Attention for the next week please hold a copy of your factors in case that we phase something unexpected.
On PRPnet I need more help from Rogue. It is not the prpnet server but my installation. There is something wrong with the libs in my distribution and I am at the end of my linux knowledge now.

Second thing I start to get a cold. So don't expect to much from me the next days. llrnet has to wait.

Do not send in any results!!!!!!
The installation is very instable. It has crashed again. Something is wrong with the distribution. As soon as I am fit again a new installation will take place.
Should go faster this time.

I am very sorry that I can not start the process now.
All contributors please make sure to keep your logfiles if you already did send something in. I hope to get a clean export running but who knows.

As I am on some good pills at the moment I contacted my ISP and found out that the person I talked to yesterday has given me wrong information and that there is no secure way to repair my installation.

So only way is reinstall. This time with a written upgrade guide.

As long as the pills are working I will do some preparation work but don't expect anything working today.

As I know now how to get the rest of the system working I will put my focus on PRPnet this time as installing the correct drivers might be the main issue.

Again sorry that after a promising start everything will take much longer then planned.

I will now do the base installation of the server. That makes sure that no results can come in anymore and so nothing can get lost.

linux server is running again.
Databases are installed.
The old prpnet server for PSP should startup in the next 5 minutes.
I found a solution for the llrnet server. A recompile was enough.(At least on the new installation)
They will come up again as soon as the different DB users are created.
Then the stats engine will be tested.
And finally I will continue to work on the new prpnet server.
There are still driver issues but at least I am at a point now where there is hope.
