Would be nice to have for checking my account (and doing some adjustments).
Are more people interested in this?

or better yet... perhaps a distributed computing client for iPhone and/or Android. Perhaps these devices are fast enough for trial factoring

Probably not. I'd think a modern desktop CPU could beat a hundred smart phones at any GIMPS job. And the battery life - ouch!
