FATAL ERROR: Reading from temp file.
I get this error anytime I attempt to run the stress test. The longest I've managed to run it is a whole 11 minutes before it stops with this error. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem, a fatal error due either to hardware failure or to temp test.
All troubles vanished when I changed RAM (I had an A7V ASUS mobo). Luigi |

I had the same problem. It was CPU's fault.

Running on an asus A7V-133. Upgraded from the 1008 bios to 1009 & it all seems to work fine now.

A friend of mine had the same problem... He uses Win2K on 2 different machines, both Athlons. So bad they can't join GIMPS... :(
