2+ fast errors during torture test

System:

Intel i5-750
ASRock P55 Pro
G.Skill 4GB (2x2) 1333 MHz / PC3-10666 - CL7

Using the "Blend" option of torture test, i always get some fast errors (after completing 0 / 1 tests)

Tested 4-5 times now and all errors were "rounding errors"
(only one that was different, "FATAL ERROR: Final result was 7EFBC8CC, expected: 86B106EB.")

This system is about 2-3 days "old" but today I got multiple bluescreens or the pc didnt want to start (should be fixed now, system seems to run stable for now)

Pls help me fixing / analyzing this, i don't know how :(

Have you checked your RAM and RAM slots to see if they are working correctly? I had a similar problem with my new build. I had 4 RAM modules, so I tested each one individually in each slot with the "blend" stress test. It turned out that the 4 RAM modules were good, but B1 and B2 RAM slots were bad. I got a replacement motherboard sent to me, and now I've been running 100% for over a week 24/7.

Increasing the VCore has helped nothing, but the computer is running now stable for 20 hours at Torture Test. I have adjusted the RAM-Settings in the Bios for my OCZ to 1333 Mhz/AUTO.
