ECS main boards are really really REALLY bad about undervolting or overvolting the processor. I believe that your RAM is not a fault. I believe it is your main board. Are you able to try a different mainboard by a different manufacturer?

Make sure that all chips are properly seated, and all cables are firmly plugged in. Also clean out any dust.
