I have been doing some manual calcs and I have noticed that it seems that somtimes combinations of a lower ROI property can "beat" buying a higher ROI property?? should this happen?

It depends how long after you buy the high or low property you check which wins? If you wait long enough the high should always win. You have a numeric example?

The first few posts from registered users all go into a moderation queue (we have to delete spammers).

BTW, if you ever become a mod, you will see spam. It is horrible stuff. Luckily I haven't seen any for a while, but I bet the supermods have.

I moderate at http://mymathforum.com/ . We get spam -- though being much smaller, it's thankfully less.
