Using LockUserInfo=1 Feature

I would like to use LockUserInfo=1 in order to prevent somebody access Test/User Information on machines I borg. Do I have to write it in prime.ini file on every machine that I borg, or is it enough just to write it in prime.ini file on one machine (for example on my home machine)?

It must be on each machine you want to lock and if your running it on a duel processor you must put it in each prime.ini
