Machines Missing from Primenet Summary

Help,

All but 1 of our v5 and v4 machines we have (20) have dissapeared from the primenet server summary report. Are there any issues with the server?

This happened to me over the weekend. My User ID disappeared from two of my machines without any action on my part. I corrected the one at home, but my work computer reported a double-check result over the weekend which was credited to Anonymous. Very discouraging.... I hope this gets corrected.
