Team stats - Page 2

I decided to let the user decide. If he can identify the exponents tested, he can opt to leave the credit with the old team or transfer them to the new team.

The default behavior is to leave the credit with the old team. To transfer the credit will require an email to me. If this policy is too much of a burden or causes unintended consequences, then I'll reconsider the policy.

I guess that is a sensible policy. The only problem I can think of is how you will authenticate the user. What if someone comes claiming to be me, sets up a anew team and wants all my exponents transferred? I know that since I'm reasonably well known on the forum it would not be hard to authenticate me and several other users of this forum. But what about the other users. I guess you'll need to contact the team leader every time.

I disagree, I hadnt seen this thread ... see the team section for a thread I started yesterday.

If a team does work for a team it should stay there forever.

That's what d.net does - and work done when not a team member goes to the first team one joins.

I know what I want, but at the very least something official should be in writing.
