ECM=3467,3000000,0,10,0,0,0,0 and ECM=3659,1000000,0,100,0,0,0,0 ECM=3659,3000000,0,10,0,0,0,0 Have you tried it without the double entries for 3467 and 3659? Just guessing, as I don't do ECM.... |

I am not having any trouble running ECM with those lines at the beginning of my work-to-do file. I'm running 23.4.1, which version are you running? Have you been able to run ECM curves on other exponents successfully? (By the way, I tried it both with and without the lowm.txt lines that identify the known factors, and it seemed ok both times.) Could there be some unprintable character in the worktodo file that is making the program burp?

I'm using 23.7.1
Re-arranging the order of the exponents didn't help either. It would crash the minute it started. I opened the file in a hex editor and looked for any wierd characters, but there was nothing. I've resorted to feeding in the exponents one at a time as each job finishes. |

Attach your worktodo.ini file here so we can check it out...

There is also a variable you can set in one of the ini files that causes all factoring jobs to be run first (or something like that). Could that interact in an unplanned way with this worktodo.ini? Seems farfetched, but we're grasping at straws.
