I'm going to work on processing the NPLB LLRnet results you sent me next--then I'll know how much was continuously done. (The leading edge of LLRnet can often be far from that! )

Hate to rain on the parade, but unfortunately it's the truth. One of the programs I wrote for handling LLRnet results files was a program that, given an lresults file and a NewPGen format LLR input file, determines the minimum outstanding n. When I ran it on the NPLB LLRnet results file that Carlos sent me today, I found that the lowest outstanding n was low enough that it wasn't worth it to bother sending in any lresults files. But we can look on the bright side (the sun's coming out again on the parade! ): these numbers LLR so quickly, they should have results returned before long.

I suggest (clients activity will start increasing), after LLRNet cleans 320k-333.2k range, to put the server with Top 5000 work...

I'll go along with that. We could just SMOKE those top-5K primes with LLRnet on it!

As long as we can very slowly and methodically fill in 260-320 as we go, that works great.

And even better, beginning 1st of March, we'll have 300<k<400 to search. I will probably suggest puting 40-45 of the 50 k's in a team drive #3 and leave the other 5-10 for individual-k reservations. We can take a formal or informal poll on what people would like for that.

Yeah, I agree--I was thinking the same thing myself. So, we clean the 320K-333.2K range, then put LLRnet on the top-5000 range? And then, we reassess the situation when the 300<k<400 becomes available?

Sounds good to me!

Agree, we can from time to time feed the server with some small numbers.

Okay, yeah. We can, say, do a few weeks of work on the top-5000 range, then a week or so in the lower range...etc.

From now on I'll make the reservations for the server (if you don't mine Anon). First I'll clean the intermediate ranges.

Damm...we write too much, within a day or two I think it's better to clean this thread.

I think ALL threads need to be cleaned. I've been kind of puting off coordinating that. Anon and Karsten, do you want to coordinate a posting clean up later this week or on the weekend? We can probably clean more than half of all posts for the project. (Probably at CRUS also.)
