OK, time to bring in the artillary. I'm putting 5 cores on this effort now.
I haven't had time to post concurrent drive #2 yet. It will be to fill in non-top-5000 primes for the ranges of n=260K-320K and 320K-333.2K. I will post it within a few hours after I get some files divided up. So I'll put 3 cores on this drive , 1 on 260K-320K, and 1 on 320K-333.2K. Here I'm reserving 335.2K-335.6K; 2 more files. Edit: Drive #2 has now been started. Gary Last fiddled with by gd_barnes on 2008-01-22 at 07:14 |

We have started drive #2 to fill in the range of n=260K-333.2K. We would like to request that for every 3-5 files of drive #1 that you search -or- if you find a new top-5000 prime, please pick up a file or two to search from drive #2.
I am taking 3 files from drive #1 and 2 files from drive #2. This will help fill in both the n=260K-320K testing gap and the n=320K-333.2K reservation gap on the 'Prime Search' site. Reservations on the site are in n=20K ranges for all k's. Thanks, Gary |

Welcome to the effort! I'm sorry, we need people to take the lowest range available. Can you please take 337.6K-337.8K instead? Thanks. I usually specify this in team drives but forgot here. I'll do that shortly. Gary Last fiddled with by gd_barnes on 2008-05-28 at 19:31 Reason: remove link no longer valid |
