Not a thing - but on the internet I need to take extra steps to see whether I'm dealing with the genuine article or merely a faux-ron.
[Switches to George Costanza mode] I've got nothing against morons! Many of my friends are morons! My parents are both morons! In fact .. I'm a moron! Yes - that's it! I'm very, very moronic! I'm flamingly moronic! Tell them, Jerry! |

I'm still curious how the thread starter is posting from an IP listed by WHOIS as belonging to Mercedes Benz Stuttgart, however... bas whois data? Our moron is a script kiddie? Debasheez Snr really works for MB and doesn't know that junior is using the office PC to post drivel to internet number theory forums? |

The Internet is so cool. When I took an IQ test in the 9th grade, I scored in the 98-99 percentile overall, but I was a complete ass. Now, I'm mentally ill and working at KFC, but I tend to give a damn about people in general. Mental illness, the answer to the world's problems. Just make everybody mentally ill for five years, right after high school would be a good time. Note: That last paragraph is BS and is intentionally BS. It has no factor <= n is all that is obvious.
But SQR(n!) > n+1 for all n > 4 so there is plenty of scope for finding factors (n=5 being the first case). Last fiddled with by davieddy on 2007-09-19 at 12:18 |

I've seen some pretty blatant cranks, but this one takes the cake.
