So which violates the criterion the most:
* genetic twins born to different birth mothers. * genetically different babies born to the same birth mother. ;) Actually, there have been cases (usually involving fertility drugs) where one or more of the eggs splits into twins. This produces a multiple birth of mixed maternal twins and fraternal tuplets. I think many of the sixes and sevens involve at least one set of identical twins. :) { :) :) } ![]() A B { C D } E While you could say that D & E aren't "twins", this scenario isn't really separate from 'triplets", just the added wrinkle that C & D are twins. |
