A store has a novel way of pricing items. Here are 3 items with their prices and one without. What does the 4th item cost?
gum = .13 lollipop = .34 chips = .23 soda pop = ? Don't beat on me because its so simple! Fusion |

I've actually seen this (or at least something very similar to it) on an online IQ tester.

Coldfury,
Similar questions are in several I.Q. tests. They all rely on some common pattern such as consonants are worth so many cents and vowels are worth a different value. Another I've seen would have each letter valued based on its position in the alphabet. A would be 1, b would be 2, c would be 3, etc. Fusion (hoping those who don't get it will get it now.) |

Yup, I know that. The one in the IQ test I saw didn't have any recognizable correlation though for the prices.
