Your processor should be on a 1000Mhz FSB if it really a 3700+. Only the 3400+ has a 800MHz FSB in that pin number (939). Once that is setup properly you should rerun memtest as frequencies will have been corrected for the system.

yup, i put my 256mb RAM x2 (512)

and i dont get errors on MemTest, or Prime 95

guess i better save up for some new ram

The settings in BIOS may need to be changed for the problem RAM. Different RAM often has different settings. I suggest setting the RAM to the automatic setting SPD unless you can find the exact timings for it.
