How do I stop all your Emails telling me someone has reponded to
a forum?

In your User CP, under "Settings & Options/Options", you can select whether you want to subscribe to threads that you reply to. Maybe that is on. To change the thread subscriptions you have so far, use the "Subscribed Threads/List Subscriptions" page.

you must have way to much free time and since when was logging out considered deleting an account...
